They are reusable breaking boards suitable for frequent use . These breaking boards are available in 4 different strengths. The yellow and blue ones are perfectly suitable for even the little ones.
From the red it becomes a bit more difficult to get the breaking board through with a punch, hand technique or kick. The great thing about this complete set of breaking boards is that you have a suitable board for all levels . You can also scale up directly during training if desired.
