Care, washing & storage
- Take out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside and inside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- Optionally use an antibacterial spray.
- For leather headgear: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
- DO NOT put in the washing machine.

The Rival RHG2 Hybrid White Headgear is the thinnest and lightest headgear in our Rival Boxing Gear collection. Rival's boxing headgear is ideal for men and women who want to train with top-quality boxing equipment!
RHG2: a favorite in the Rival collection since 2003
This fully leather, durable headgear is perfect for fighters of all levels and is a core part of the Rival collection. This headgear has been a favorite among fighters since its launch in 2003.
Large cheekbone protectors & maximum visibility
The eye openings have been improved to provide an even better view during sparren. Traditional large cheekbone protectors offer maximum protection for the nose and eyes.
Lightweight, minimal obstruction
The Hybrid concept combines the maximum visibility and light weight of amateur competition fully open headgear, but with the added benefit of cheek protectors.
The RHG2 headgear features cheekbone protectors like those found on traditional training headgear for boxing and kickboxing. The chin strap with Buckle ensures easy and smooth fastening.
Easy to put on with double Velcro closures
The double Velcro closures make it easy to use and put on. The classic lace-up closure on top provides a practical, secure, and firm fit. Comfortable suede-like material gives a pleasant feel on the inside of the headgear.
