Small or large - choose based on your gear

The small (46x30x29 cm) is the compact everyday gymbag for athletes who train with a fixed set of gear. The large (67x36x36 cm) is considerably larger and provides room for large pre-shaped shin guards, adult boxing gloves, headgear, and clothing all at once—ideal for athletes who want to carry everything in one bag.

Super Pro has been known for outstanding quality since 1978—with no compromises in material selection, continuously developed by leading trainers and world champions.

Frequently Asked Questions — Super Pro Combat Gear Gym sports bag

What is the story behind Super Pro?

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (by Super Pro) was opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has always been considered a boxing city. It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. It is also home to former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.

After the store became a great success, its owner founded the Super Pro Boxing Gear brand. With the slogan “the champions choice” , the brand quickly established itself in the Dutch boxing community. For many champions, the brand was literally their choice for training. The brand also made a name for itself internationally and was exported throughout Europe.

Does it matter which sports bag I use?

Yes, for example, if you put shin guards in a bag that is too small, this will affect the product’s shape, sturdiness, and protection. In short: you don’t want to cram products into the bag.

Some sports bags also offer more benefits than others, such as mesh panels, which make a sports bag more breathable and therefore more hygienic. This prevents unpleasant odors from lingering and also allows your gloves and/or shin guards to “breathe” better.
