It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. And professional boxers, former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.

After the store became a great success, its owner founded the Super Pro Boxing Gear brand. With the slogan “the champions choice” , the brand quickly established its place in the Dutch boxing community. For many champions, the brand was literally their choice for training. The brand also gained international recognition and was exported throughout Europe.
