Taekwon-do gloves Safety Punch

Size safety kicks

Maintenance of safety punch and safety kicks:

• Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
• Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
• Use a deodorizer to help your safety punches dry faster and better from the inside.
• Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
• Optionally use an antibacterial spray.
  
• In the case of leather safety punch and kicks: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
  

Washing instructions dobok (Taekwondo uniform):

• Always check first if there are special washing instructions on the label.
• Wash inside out
  
• Wash separately or with similar colors (white)
• Machine wash cold, maximum 40°C with a low spin speed
  
• You can use a dryer on low speed, but preferably air dry outside
  
• Iron your uniform so you look neat and presentable
  

Maintenance of mouthguard:

• Rinse under lukewarm water after use
• Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
• Rinse well
• Let the mouthguard dry completely in the air. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated anti-microbial Protective case specially made for this purpose.
