Punching bag XPRT Vampire
The XPRT Vampire punching bag is available in various lengths and is often used during boxing training, kickboxing training and Thai boxing training. From a fitness point of view, you can use punching bags for almost any sport. After all, training on the bag significantly improves fitness in a fun way!
XPRT's punching bags are made of strong Bisonyl and filled with textile shreds. The punching bags are nice and heavy and that is ideal for hard kicking and punching work.
This punching bag can only be picked up in our showroom!
What size punching bag?
If you, as an adult, want to use the punching bag for both kicks and punches, you need a punching bag of 150 cm or 180 cm. The large punching bag then hangs at the correct height for both the low kicks and the high kicks. It also hangs at the right height for the punches. Moreover, this punching bag is nice and heavy and will not swing in all directions when training.
If you only want to punch and box on the bag, then 120 cm is also sufficient. This punching bag is still so heavy that it does not swing in all directions.
The XPRT punching bags are filled and include chain and carabiner.
