Punching mitts Rival Fitness+ RPM7 Black-Silver

Specific features

• + Padded finger guard

A padded finger protector protects the trainer's fingers from the cumulative impact of repeated punches on the punching mitts. Without adequate protection, fingers and joints can become overloaded during intensive pad work - especially with heavy or fast boxers.

The padding absorbs shocks and distributes the force over a larger surface area, allowing the trainer to train longer and more comfortably. A detail that makes all the difference in every session.

• + Rival PU patch with relief detailing

The Rival PU embossed patch is a distinctive design element found throughout the Rival product line - from boxing gloves and bag gloves to punching mitts. The patch is made of high-quality polyurethane and features a three-dimensional embossed logo that enhances the product's premium look.

PU is durable, retains its shape, and does not discolor with intensive use or sweat - ensuring the patch remains sharp and recognizable even after many training sessions. A subtle yet distinctive detail that visibly reflects Rival's quality identity.

• + Wrist and palm support

Punching mitts absorb hard punches session after session - and that places demands on the trainer's wrist and palm support Good support keeps the wrist stable on impact and distributes the force across the palm, allowing the trainer to hold pads longer and more comfortably without overloading joints and tendons.

Especially with heavy or fast boxers, this is not a minor detail - it is what makes the difference between being able to train for years or developing wrist problems prematurely.

• + Curved contact surface

A curved striking surface fits the natural shape of a clenched fist. Instead of a flat surface, the slightly concave shape catches the punch centrally, distributing the impact more evenly and reducing the rebound to the trainer's wrist.

The result is a more comfortable and safer pad experience - for both the trainer and the boxer. Punches land better, feel more natural, and the risk of injuries caused by improper impact is reduced. A detail that is standard on professional punching mitts, and one you can feel immediately in practice.

• + Ergonomic fit punching mitts

An ergonomic fit ensures that the hand pad sits naturally in the trainer's hand - without pinching, pressure points, or unwanted movement during pad work. The shape follows the anatomy of the hand, so the trainer expends less energy holding it and more on coaching.

During intensive sessions with heavy boxers, this makes a noticeable difference in comfort and endurance. A well-fitting hand pad reduces fatigue and allows the trainer to stay focused for longer.

• + Velcro closure

The hook-and-loop closure is the most widely used closure in martial arts - and for good reason. It is quick to put on, easy to adjust, and provides a secure, reliable fit without anyone else's help.

The closure keeps the wrist stable during training and sparren, and remains just as effective after many sessions as it was on day one. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners who value convenience without compromising on support.
