Care, washing & storage
- Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
- Make sure the punching bag is hung in a dry environment to prevent mold.
- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out (in the case of leather punching bags).
- Always wear (disposable) gloves and/or bandages.
- Check the chain and suspension system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you must replace them.
- Over time, a punching bag will "sag." The filling collapses under gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag from the top with a suitable filling yourself.
Aquabag Super Pro black
It has a length of 150 cm and is ideal for martial artists who want to practice kicking. Making low and high stairs is no problem at all. Due to the mixed filling of air and water, it hangs relatively still. It is made of strong bisonyl and comes with a steel chain.
You can fill it with water. The maximum load is 70 kg plus the weight of the pole itself, which is 35 kg.
You don't need any tools to assemble it. The contact surface is wide enough to perform numerous techniques and is made of a durable material. It is particularly suitable for people who cannot or do not want to hang a traditional punching bag. After use, it is also easy to move it to, for example, the corner of the room.
