- Rinse thoroughly.
- Let the mouthguard air dry completely. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated anti-microbial Protective case specially made for this purpose.

The Mouthguard Bytomic Basic is made of soft plastic and has a comfortable fit. The mouthguard from Bytomic protects your teeth, but what is often forgotten is that mouthguards also provide protection for the entire jawline and the brain. A good mouthguard is therefore very important.
Mouthguard Bytomic Basic: available in many colors
The Mouthguard Bytomic Basic is available in various colors. The mouthguard should be pre-shaped to your jaw before first use. You do this by placing the Bytomic mouthguard in a pan of hot water and then putting it in your mouth. Be careful not to do this too quickly to avoid burning your mouth!
Boil water in a saucepan, then remove it from the heat for 20 seconds. Next, place the mouthguard in the water for a short time until it softens. After that, place it over the upper row of teeth in your mouth and gently bite down with your lower jaw. Use your fingers to press against the gums so the shape forms well.
