Bit Bytomic Basic
The Bytomic Basic mouthguard is made of soft plastic and has a comfortable fit. The Bytomic mouthguard protects your teeth, but what is often forgotten is that mouthguards also offer protection to the entire jawline and the brain. A good mouthguard is therefore very important.
The Bytomic Basic mouthguard is available in various colours. The mouthguard must be pre-formed to your jaw before first use. You do this by placing the Bytomic mouthguard in a pan of hot water and then putting it in your mouth. Be careful not to do this too quickly, otherwise you will burn your mouth!
Boil water in a saucepan, remove from heat for 20 seconds. Then put the bit in the water for a short time until it softens. Then place it over the top row of teeth in your mouth and bite gently with your lower jaw. With your fingers, press against the gums so that the shape is good.
