Punching bag XPRT Phantom
The Punching Bag XPRT Phantom is available in various lengths and is often used during boxing training, kickboxing training and Thai boxing training. You can use punching bags for almost any sport from a fitness point of view. Training on the bag ensures a significant improvement of the condition in a fun way!
The punching bags from XPRT are made of strong Bisonyl and are filled with textile scraps. The punching bags are also nice and heavy , which is ideal for hard kicking and punching.
This punching bag can only be picked up in our showroom!
What size punching bag?
If you want to use the punching bag as an adult for both kicks and punches, you need a punching bag of 150 cm or 180 cm. The large punching bag is then hung at the right height for both low kicks and high kicks. It is also hung at the right height for punches. In addition, this punching bag is nice and heavy and will not swing in all directions during training.
If you only want to punch and box on the bag, 120 cm is also sufficient. This punching bag is still heavy enough that it does not swing in all directions.
