For every brand and model of boxing glove on our website, there is a unique size chart (next to the size selection and at the bottom under the contents). Here, we provide the best guideline we can for what we think is the best choice for you for that specific model.

The rule of thumb is: “the heavier the person in question, the heavier the glove they should use”.
