Care, washing & storage

Care for boxing gloves and headgear:

  • Take them out of your bag immediately after training
  • Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth
  • Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and more thoroughly on the inside
  • Store them in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation
  • Optionally, use an antibacterial spray
  • For leather boxing gloves or headgear: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.

Handwrap washing instructions:

  • Partially roll up the handwraps
  • Fasten the Velcro together
  • Use a laundry bag
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Machine-wash cold, at a maximum of 30°C; hand washing is preferred
  • Air-dry the handwraps, preferably hung out fully extended.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Mouthguard care:

  • Rinse under lukewarm water after use
  • Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Let the mouthguard air-dry completely. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated, antimicrobial Protective case specially designed for this purpose.

Handmade in Thailand - craftsmanship since 1992 Handmade in Thailand - craftsmanship since 1992

All Twins Special products are handmade in Thailand, the birthplace of Muay Thai - since the founding in 1992. Boxing gloves, thai pads and punching mitts are made from 100% cowhide, double-stitched and extensively tested.

Shin guards and headgear are made from high-quality skintex - lightweight, durable and built to withstand intensive use. Every product is tested under the toughest conditions, including the intense heat of Thailand itself.

100% genuine leather - double stitched 100% genuine leather - double stitched

Twins boxing gloves are made from 100% genuine cowhide leather with a thickness of more than 1 millimeter. This ensures exceptional durability and resilience - even after many intensive training sessions.

All stitching is double-stitched and every detail is carefully finished by skilled artisans in Thailand. The result is a glove that lasts through many hours of training.

Long shaft with wide hook-and-loop closure Long shaft with wide hook-and-loop closure

The traditional long cuff of Twins boxing gloves provides maximum wrist support and stability during training and sparring. The wide hook-and-loop closure ensures a secure, adjustable fit that keeps the glove firmly in place.

Fits like a glove! Mooie handschoen van een superieure kwaliteit. Zit lekker, beschermd goed. Trainen moet je echter nog steeds zelf doen.

Bokshandschoenen Twins FBGVL49 Golden Dragon
