You install a double-end bag by using two attachment points: one on the ceiling and one on the floor. The easiest way is to use ceiling hooks for this, but with some creativity, you can also try other methods.

A very practical and convenient method is to use a hook in the ceiling and a so-called anchor on the floor. This way, you don't have to drill into the floor.

Use elastic cords (sometimes included) to attach the bag to both points. Make sure the cords are tight enough to keep the bag in position, but flexible enough to allow it to move when you punch.

The ball is made of 100% genuine leather (Made in Mexico) with a polyester (rubber) bladder as its filling. A spare bladder is included.

For floor-to-ceiling installation, you need two swivels and elastic cord. These are not included, but are available in our store and online shop.

The anchors for double end balls are very useful for installing a double end ball, but you can also attach a heavy punching bag to them. The punching bag will swing much less, which is helpful during intensive training sessions.
