The Adidas handwraps for boxing are available in the two most commonly used standard length sizes: 2.5 meters (100") and 4.5 meters (180").
Boxing wraps of 2.5 meters are ideal for children and women with smaller hands. A boxing wrap of 4.5 meters is recommended for adults and for older youth. Of course, adult men and women can also choose to use shorter wraps.
Verzorging, wassen & opbergen
- Partially roll up the handwraps
- Fasten the Velcro together
- Use a laundry bag
- Do not use fabric softener
- Wash cold in the machine, maximum 30°C, hand washing is preferred
- Let the handwraps air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
- Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.
Extra tips:
- Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training) to keep them hygienic.
- You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the handwraps well to avoid soap residue.
- Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.

The Adidas Stretch Handwraps provide a compact fist and absorb a lot of sweat. This keeps the boxing gloves fresher for longer.
Not everyone sweats the same amount, but it is highly recommended to wash the Adidas boxing wraps regularly or hand wash them. This helps keep your boxing gloves in better condition!
Adidas Stretch Handwraps made of woven cotton
The Adidas handwraps are made of soft and stretchable cotton and provide maximum support and fit around the wrist. Handwraps – also called windsels or zwachtels – are worn under your boxing gloves in various martial arts.
The Adidas handwrap has a five-centimeter-long Velcro closure. The handwrap features a thumb loop to easily put it on. Available in many colors.
The lightly elastic Adidas Stretch Handwraps are sold per pair and available in sizes 250 cm & 450 cm.
