2.5 meter boxing wraps are ideal for children and women with smaller hands. A 4.5 meter boxing wrap is recommended for adults and for larger youth. Of course, adult men and women can also choose to use shorter wraps.

Care, washing & storage
  • Roll up the handwraps partially.
  • Fasten the velcro together.
  • Use a laundry net.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Cold machine wash, maximum 30°C, hand wash preferred.
  • Let the handwraps air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Extra tips:

  • Wash the handwraps regularly (after each training session) to keep them hygienic.
  • You can optionally use a mild detergent, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.

With the Bandages XPRT Easy Stretch Nations Thailand, your hands and knuckles are optimally protected . The red, white, and blue XPRT bandages are made of cotton and polyester, which ensures the perfect amount of stretch . The bandages are comfortable and provide essential support and protection.

The boxing hand wraps create a compact fist and also absorb sweat from your hands. This keeps your boxing gloves fresher for longer. Not everyone sweats the same amount, but we recommend washing the hand wraps regularly or hand washing them. This will keep your boxing gloves in better condition!

Poly-cotton bandages boxing

The XPRT Easy Stretch Nations Thailand Bandages are made of soft, stretchy poly-cotton and provide maximum support and a snug fit around the wrist. These bandages, wraps, or bandages are worn under boxing gloves in various martial arts to strengthen your metacarpals and wrists. Almost everyone wears hand wraps for boxing, cardio boxing, and/or kickboxing.

The slightly elastic boxing bandages are sold in pairs and are available in sizes 250 cm and 450 cm. The long 450 cm version is generally the standard size for adult men and women. The short version is suitable for children and/or if you prefer a lighter wrap. They all have a thumb loop where you start wrapping and end with an easy Velcro closure .
