Care, washing & storage
- Wipe the outside of the ball with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the ball.
- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (for leather speedballs)
- DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer

The Speedball on stand Super Pro Reflex-3 is a valuable addition to any serious (home) gym. This speedball is height adjustable, making it usable by different people – women and men alike. With a speedball, you can improve your reaction time, speed, and hand-eye coordination in a fun and challenging way.
Speedball Super Pro Reflex-3: train your speed and reaction
This free-standing reflex bag from Super Pro is perfect for training your speed, coordination, and reaction through its 3 striking parts. The rotating boxing rod is made of stainless steel and covered with foam.
The speedball on top and the hand pad on the side are fully filled with foam. Additionally, the sealed bearings ensure the rod spins quickly and quietly. The variation of the three different striking parts provides a challenging and effective workout.
Fun & intensive training
The Speedball on stand Super Pro Reflex-3 springs back after impact, encouraging you to hit the ball repeatedly in the same or different spots. This is a fun and at the same time intensive way to improve your level. The speedball stands on a parasol base that you can fill with water, sand, or gravel from the hardware store.
The rotating rod simulates a trainer or sparring partner under which you can perfect defensive techniques like "bobbing & weaving."

The base has a diameter of 50 cm and is 60 cm high. The stand of the boxing ball is easily height adjustable via a rod with a twist knob between 165 cm and 185 cm. The rotating boxing rod is 85 cm long.
