This free-standing reflex bag from Super Pro is perfect for training your speed, coordination, and reaction time with its three striking sections. The rotating boxing bar is made of stainless steel and covered with foam.
The speedball at the top and the hand pad on the side are completely filled with foam. The sealed bearings also ensure that the bar rotates quickly and quietly. Alternating between the three different striking sections makes for a challenging and effective workout.
Fun & intensive training
The Super Pro Reflex-3 floor-standing speedball springs back after impact, challenging you to hit the ball in the same place repeatedly—or in a different place each time. This is a fun yet intensive way to improve your skill level. The speedball stands on a parasol base that can be filled with water, sand, or gravel from a hardware store.
The rotating bar simulates a trainer or sparring partner, allowing you to perfect defensive techniques such as "bobbing & weaving".
