The Speedball op voet Super Pro Reflex-3 is the freestanding reflex trainer for kickboxers and boxers who cannot or do not want to mount a speedball platform to the ceiling—with three striking targets, a rotating stainless steel bar, and an adjustable height between 165 and 185 cm.

Reflex-3 vs. regular speedball—the three striking targets make the difference

A regular speedball has one striking surface and trains rhythm and speed. The Reflex-3 has three different striking targets—a speedball on top and a hand pad on the side—that can be hit alternately. This simulates a moving trainer or sparring partner and trains not only speed but also defensive techniques such as bobbing & weaving. The rotating stainless steel bar with sealed bearings spins quickly and silently.

Freestanding on a fillable parasol base—no installation required

The Reflex-3 stands on a parasol base with a diameter of 50 cm, which can be filled with water, sand, or gravel for maximum stability—no tools or ceiling mounting required. The height is adjustable via a bar with a rotary knob between 165 and 185 cm. The rotating bar is 85 cm long. The striking targets are filled with foam and covered with PU.

What is the story behind Super Pro?

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (by Super Pro) was opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has always been considered a boxing city. It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. It is also home to former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.
