Care, washing & storage

Care for safety punches and safety kicks:

  • Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
  • Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Use a deodorizer to help your safety punches dry faster and more thoroughly on the inside.
  • Store them in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
  • You can also use an antibacterial spray.
  • For leather safety punches and kicks: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out. 

Washing instructions for dobok (taekwondo uniform):

  • Always check the label first for any special washing instructions.
  • Wash inside out.
  • Wash separately or with the same colors (white).
  • Machine-wash cold, at a maximum of 40°C and with a low spin speed.
  • You can use a dryer on a low setting, but preferably air-dry outdoors.
  • Iron your uniform so you look neat and presentable.

Care for mouthguards:

  • Rinse under lukewarm water after use.
  • Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Allow the mouthguard to air-dry completely. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated antimicrobial Protective case specially designed for this purpose.

The Taekwon-do ITF Complete Set contains everything you need to start with this amazing Korean martial art. The full starter set includes a beautiful dobok (taekwon-do uniform) for colored belts and a complete set of protectors.

ITF Taekwon-do uniform

The Taekwon-do ITF Complete Set contains the essentials you need to practice Taekwon-do: an authentic white Taekwon-do uniform consisting of a jacket and trousers.

Taekwon-do uniform ITF Dobok

This Taekwon-do uniform is suitable for both children and adults. The uniform is made of a supple and soft fabric: a mix of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This keeps the uniform flexible, easy to iron, and it does not shrink.

The Taekwon-do trousers have straight legs and ITF embroidered on the side. The trousers have a comfortable elastic waistband with an extra drawstring to tighten it.

On the back of this beautiful ITF Taekwon-do uniform is the famous Taekwon-do tree. It is embroidered with black thread and this lettering remains beautiful even after many washes. The sleeves, bottom of the jacket, and trouser legs are neatly stitched for a top result.

Training is a pleasure with this ITF Taekwon-do uniform! The middle closure with Velcro keeps the uniform neatly in place even during the most intense training.
