The stair cushion is a large size in size L (69 x 36 x 14 cm) and can therefore be used very versatile during various training sessions, seminars and courses.
The stair cushion is also particularly comfortable in size M (56 x 36 x 12 cm) and can therefore be used very versatile during various training sessions, seminars and courses. Due to its handy size, this pillow is easy to take anywhere.
The Heavy-Duty kicking pad from Bytomic Martial Arts is suitable for both beginners and advanced fighters. The kicking and punching pads provide sufficient cushioning to absorb even the hardest kicks from kickboxers, Karatekas, Krav Maga practitioners and other martial artists. But the pillow is not so hard that people can injure themselves if they hit the pillow incorrectly.
