• Machine wash cold, maximum 40°C, hand washing preferred
• Choose a gentle or delicate cycle with low spin speed if using a washing machine
  
• You can use a dryer on low speed, but preferably air dry outside
• Let the T-shirt air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
