Send them to us by email.

• Wipe the outside of the ball with a lightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the durability of the ball.
• Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (in the case of leather double end balls).
• DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.
• Check the elastic cords for signs of wear, such as fraying or loss of elasticity. If the cords become too loose or damaged, you should replace them.
