The Super Pro handwraps for boxing are available in the two most commonly used standard lengths: 2.5 meters (100") and 4.5 meters (180").

Boxing wraps measuring 2.5 meters are ideal for children and women with smaller hands. Boxing wraps measuring 4.5 meters are recommended for adults and older children. Of course, adult men and women can also choose to use shorter handwraps.
Care, washing & storage
  • Partially roll up the handwraps.
  • Fasten the Velcro together.
  • Use a laundry bag.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Machine wash cold, at a maximum of 30°C; hand washing is preferred.
  • Air-dry the handwraps, preferably hanging them fully extended.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer. 

Additional tips:

  • Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienic.
  • You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.
  • Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.

Thailand vs. Combat - same construction, different design

The Combat is available in solid colors—classic and versatile. The Thailand features the same semi-elastic polyester-cotton construction and the same sizes (250 cm and 450 cm), but with a Thailand print that references the roots of Muay Thai. Choose the Thailand if you want your handwraps to tell a story about the sport you practice.

Semi-elastic - wrap tightly without constricting

The semi-elastic polyester-cotton blend provides the right amount of stretch for a compact fist and good wrist support. The wide hook-and-loop closure stays securely fastened. The thumb loop makes putting them on easy. Always wear handwraps underneath your boxing gloves—they absorb sweat and keep your gloves fresh for longer. Sold as a pair.

Knuckle guards as an addition to handwraps

If your knuckles hurt despite using good boxing gloves and handwraps, you can also use a knuckle guard .

These are a supplement to your regular handwraps. Knuckle guards are ideal if you punch hard or have sore knuckles.

Most knuckle guards are made of fabric with foam or gel padding that provides extra absorption of the impact from your punches.

What is the story behind Super Pro?

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (by Super Pro) was opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has always been considered a boxing city. It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. It is also home to former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.

After the store became a great success, its owner founded the Super Pro Boxing Gear brand. With the slogan “the champions choice” , the brand quickly established itself in the Dutch boxing community. For many champions, the brand was literally their choice for training. The brand also made a name for itself internationally and was exported throughout Europe.

All Super Pro handwraps are slightly elastic. This allows you to wrap them comfortably, providing sufficient support and protection.

What material are Super Pro handwraps made of?

The Super Pro handwraps are made from a polyester-cotton blend. This gives them the perfect amount of stretch and makes them easy to wrap while providing solid protection. Thanks to the polyester blend, the handwraps are exceptionally durable, while the cotton ensures they are comfortable enough.
