Care, washing & storage
- Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they can damage the material and shorten the punching bag's lifespan.
- Make sure the punching bag hangs in a dry environment to prevent mold.
- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (in the case of leather punching bags).
- Always wear (bag) gloves and/or handwraps.
- Check the chain and hanging system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you must replace them.
- Over time, a punching bag will "sink." The filling compresses due to gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag from the top with suitable filling.

The Hydrobag Booster 55-85 kg is ideal for people who want to train at home but don’t need a large punching bag.
Large-sized punching ball
This Booster hydrobag is easy to fill with water up to a weight of 55 or 85 kg. And believe us: the 55 kg and 85 kg versions are really big beasts!
By striking the water punching ball, you get a realistic training experience. The Hydrobag Booster Black also springs back, just like the human body. This springiness is also better for your hands and wrist joints because they are less strained.
Suitable for beginners and advanced users
Both beginners and experienced fighters will enjoy this hydrobag (also known as an aquabag). Because the punching ball is quite heavy and due to its shape, it swings much less than a normal punching bag.
The Hydrobag Booster Black has a large opening so you can easily fill the bag with water. It is recommended to hang the punching ball in the right spot first. Once the Booster hydrobag is filled with water, it is very awkward to lift.
Rope and ring included
With the included ring and rope, you can easily hang the punching ball at the right height. Then use a screwdriver to loosen the valve. Next, there is a closure that you can press out with your thumb. After that, you can connect the included nozzle to a garden hose.
Tip: Add a few drops of chlorine to the hydrobag first to prevent the water from spoiling.
