This Single Target Mitt Adidas Black is perfect for getting more speed in your kicks. The Floppy Mitt is made of "Maya" PU and filled with injected foam. The target mitt has a nylon strap with which you can hold it firmly. This floppy mitt is "single" so that it is easy to handle at impact.

The floppy mitt is nice and light so that you can train with it for a long time. This Adidas floppy mitt can be used in all martial arts where training is done on the speed of punches and kicks. Especially in WT Taekwondo training with these mitts is very popular.
