This Single Target Mitt Adidas Black is perfect for getting more speed in your pedaling. The Floppy Mitt is made of "Maya" PU and filled with injected foam. The target mitt has a nylon strap that allows you to hold it firmly. This floppy mitt is designed "single" so that it is easy to handle upon impact.
The floppy mitt is nice and light so you can train with it for a long time. This Adidas floppy mitt can be used in all martial arts that involve training on the speed of punching and kicking. Training with these mitts is very popular, especially in WT Taekwondo.
This version from Adidas is specifically made for all levels from beginners to advanced. They are available in three different sizes: Small (40 x 15 cm), Medium (45 x 20 cm) and Large (50 x 25 cm).
