CRUSH ZONE™ CRUSH ZONE™

A force distribution system that ensures optimal shock absorption.

Crumple zones in vehicles are crucial for occupant safety. This system redistributes the forces released during a collision and acts as a shock absorber that absorbs energy.

Hayabusa applies a similar innovation in Crush Zone™ technology to withstand and absorb the force of an impact and its associated kinetic energy.

By optimizing the balance between force distribution and impact resistance, a high-performance system has been created that can both deform upon impact and return to its original shape.

AG™ FABRIC FEATURING X-STATIC® XT2® AG™ FABRIC FEATURING X-STATIC® XT2®

Hayabusa's high-quality gear is made with AG™ material and features X-Static® XT2® technology, which quickly wicks away sweat to effectively regulate your body's core temperature.

As a result, you will notice a significant improvement in performance, as you can achieve an even higher level of flexibility, strength, and speed.

Independent tests, conducted with an advanced FLIR E-Series digital thermal imaging camera, have demonstrated the superior thermoregulatory performance of Hayabusa gear.

The exclusive AG material lining uses XT2 technology: a scientifically tested and proven antimicrobial technology with odor-resistant and antibacterial properties.

Tips for learning with Hayabusa boxing gloves

It is recommended to always use handwraps with your Hayabusa gloves. In addition to reinforcing your hands, they also absorb a lot of sweat.

A disinfectant spray and a deodorizer- to help your gloves dry faster - are also highly recommended to keep your boxing gloves fresh and in good condition.

Hayabusa boxing gloves are made of 100% leather and therefore require regular care with leather conditioner and/or leather grease. We stock leather grease from the Dutch brand Rapide.

Where are Hayabusa gloves made?

Hayabusa is a Canadian brand. Design and development take place here.

The materials are produced in factories in Asia with strict quality control, including in China, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Are all Hayabusa boxing gloves made of leather?

No.

Not all Hayabusa gloves are made of genuine leather. The 'regular' T3 models are made of Vylar-2, a high-quality synthetic leather.

Vylar-2 synthetic leather has been scientifically proven to be almost 30% stronger than regular leather .These Hayabusa boxing gloves will therefore certainly not fall short of genuine leather boxing gloves. In addition, Vylar-2 synthetic leather retains its color better and does not develop cracks.

In addition to the regular T3 models, there are the T3 Kanpeki models. These are made of 100% leather.

The top models are the Hayabusa T3 LX. These are made of 100% luxurious Italian full-grain leather . Italian full-grain leather is the most durable and hard-wearing type of leather because it retains the complete grain structure.

The mid-range E1 models are also available in both synthetic and 100% leather versions. We offer, among others, the Hayabusa E1 in a leather version.
