The Boxing Pads Target Adidas PU are perfect for getting more speed in your punches and hand techniques. This version is made of sturdy and durable 'PLX 3.0' PU. Both mitts have a nylon strap . This allows you to attach pads to your wrists.
You can easily hold the Adidas target pads with the sturdy handles. These pads are of course sold in pairs. These types of paddles are now often used by boxing trainers and PTs during training.
