Super Pro speed Targets PU Floppy mitts

The Paddle speed Targets Super Pro PU are speed trainers for boxers and kickboxers who want to sharpen their punching technique—and for trainers who want to work more dynamically than with traditional punching mitts.

Paddle speed Targets Super Pro PU - front view pair

Speed and accuracy - smaller target, sharper eye

The smaller size of a speed paddle forces the boxer to punch more accurately than with a standard punching mitt.

Every punch must land—that trains not only speed, but also focus and eye contact with the target. Ideal for jab-cross combinations, uppercuts, and hooks on a moving target.

Paddle speed Targets Super Pro PU - use during training

Held by the handle - fast and agile

The trainer holds the paddle by the handle—this enables fast changes and dynamic pad work that is not possible with a traditional punching mitt.

The nylon strap around the wrist serves as a safety strap to prevent the paddle from flying away after a hard punch—the paddle itself is held via the grip.

Specific features

+ Speed training - speed and accuracy of punches and kicks

Specially designed for speed training - the trainer can present the pads at various positions at lightning speed, effectively training reaction speed, accuracy, and the speed of punches and kicks.
+ Polish relieves the trainer

Thanks to the light weight and ergonomic design, the trainer’s wrists are significantly less strained compared with traditional punching mitts. Ideal for trainers who conduct intensive, long-duration pad sessions.
+ Supplied as a pair

The Thai pads are supplied as a pair - ready to use right away. No additional purchase necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions — Paddle speed Targets Super Pro PU

What is the story behind Super Pro?

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (by Super Pro) was opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has always been considered a boxing city. It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. It is also home to former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.

After the store became a great success, its owner founded the Super Pro Boxing Gear brand. With the slogan “the champions choice” , the brand quickly established itself in the Dutch boxing community. For many champions, the brand was literally their choice for training. The brand also made a name for itself internationally and was exported throughout Europe.

What are the benefits of "target/focus paddles" in boxing training?

With target or focus paddles, you can quickly switch between targets and work on punch accuracy, timing and reactions. The longer handle gives the holder a different way to work than with a focus mitt. The holder still feels the impact through the handle.

What makes the Super Pro PU Paddle Speed Targets a good choice?

The Super Pro PU paddles provide a compact target for accuracy, timing and hand techniques. This version has a PU outer covering and wrist straps.

A wrist strap helps you hold on to the paddle, but does not mean your wrists absorb less impact. Train at a controlled intensity with a relaxed, secure grip.
