Care, washing & storage
- Let air out thoroughly after each use.
- Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- If desired, use an antibacterial spray.
- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (for leather pads and cushions)
- DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer

The Rival Fitness+ RPS7 Tricolor Punching shield is a very versatile punching shield. As the name suggests, it can be used for all kinds of kicking and punching exercises on the shield. This large shield is truly great for boxing training, Krav Maga, and kickboxing exercises.
Rival punching shield: multi-functional
The round punching shield is a fantastic addition to all your training equipment. It is a medium-sized, sturdy, and comfortably shaped kicking shield. You can hold it against the body with two strong handles. This makes it ideal for all kinds of kicking and punching techniques: jabs, hooks, and liver punches to the body.
Durably crafted
This nice round shield from top brand Rival Boxing Gear is durably crafted yet not too expensive. It is made from the same sturdy Carbonium PU as the RPM7 punching mitts. The shield is lightweight and offers no less than 7.5 cm of multiple layers of foam padding. In total, the shield is nearly 10 cm thick.
Large striking surface
This kicking and punching shield is made of Carbonium PU and manufactured from large panels with minimal stitching. All seams are extra reinforced, so this punching and kicking shield guarantees many hours of training enjoyment. It can take a hit.
