A regular punching shield is designed for one type of technique. The Multi Strike Shield, as the name suggests, is designed for multiple techniques: punches, hooks, liver shots to the body and kicks. Its large, round shape gives the trainer a broad striking surface suitable for both punches and kicks, making the shield more versatile than a standard hand pad or punching shield.

What is the story behind Super Pro?

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (by Super Pro) opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam was always considered a boxing city. It is home to Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", the 1928 Olympic champion. And professional boxers, former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.
