This Kicking Pad Booster CKS Pro Black is ideal for many martial arts including kickboxing, karate, taekwon-do, krav maga and so on! It is quite hard so it is especially suitable for more experienced martial artists. The generous dimensions are perfect for all the techniques you can think of: punches, kicks, knees, elbows and jump kicks. The handles at the back allow the stair cushion to be held in various ways.
