Maintenance of boxing gloves and headgear:

• Take them out of your bag immediately after training
• Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth
• Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and better from the inside
• Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation
• Optionally use an antibacterial spray
  
• For leather boxing gloves or headgear: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.

Washing instructions for handwraps:

• Partially roll up the handwraps
• Fasten the Velcro together
• Use a laundry bag
• Do not use fabric softener
• Wash cold in the machine, maximum 30°C, hand washing is preferred
• Let the handwraps air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
• Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Maintenance of mouthguard:

• Rinse under lukewarm water after use
• Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
• Rinse thoroughly
• Let the mouthguard dry completely in the air. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated anti-microbial Protective case specially made for this purpose.
