Care, washing & storage
- Regularly wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt.
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
- Make sure the boxing post is in a dry and well-ventilated area to prevent mold.
- Always wear (disposable) gloves and/or bandages.

The Freestanding punching bag Super Pro DeLuxe black has a sturdy exterior. This makes it possible to kick the standing punching bag without damaging it. The inside has high-density foam. The standing punching bag from Super Pro is large enough to also perform low kicks and high kicks.
High quality punching bag
This standing punching bag is made of a hard plastic base that needs to be filled with water, gravel or sand (not included). This base is very stable during training. The part you can hit and kick is made of a very strong artificial leather, making the standing punching bag extremely wear-resistant.
The inside is made of multiple layers of polyethane foam. This foam is very flexible so that it comes back again and again and no holes are created.
Condition and cardio training is just a party on this pole. Also to push your thoughts away at home, while you also work on your condition!
You do n't need any tools to assemble the standing punching bag. The contact surface is wide enough to practice numerous techniques and is made of a durable material. This punching pole from Super Pro is particularly suitable for people who cannot or do not want to hang up a traditional punching bag. After use, the standing punching bag can also be moved, for example, in the corner of the room.
How should the punching bag be moved?
Due to the heavy weight when the punching bag is filled, it is difficult to move. The punching bag may not be tilted by pulling/pushing at the top. Rotating until the punching bag is in place is also not allowed. The only correct way to move the punching bag is by means of a rope/belt that you put around the foot. You then easily pull the punching bag to the side.
The standing punching bag is available in black. The part you can kick and punch has a length of 146 cm and a diameter of 37 cm. The sturdy base has a height of 40 cm and a diameter of 58 cm. The standing punching bag is always at the right height! The punching bag is 185 cm high in total
