Care, washing & storage
- Remove the cup from the corresponding shorts and clean the cup by hand
- Always check the label first for special washing instructions.
- Wash separately or with similar colors
- Machine wash cold, maximum 40°C, hand washing is preferred
- You can use the dryer on low heat, but preferably air dry
- You can wash the cup in the machine if necessary, but this is usually not needed.

Groinguard XPRT Basic men’s
The Groinguard XPRT Basic men's is specially designed for men and protects the groin. The fit of the XPRT cup is excellent and the groinguard is easy to put on.
The cup of the groinguard is made of a sturdy plastic material so that even hard kicks will not cause damage. The elastic band ensures the groinguard stays securely in place.
Basic men's cup with removable cup
The plastic cup of the XPRT groinguard is removable, so the "jockstrap" (the shorts) can be washed.
Essential piece of protection
In most combat sports and martial arts, a groinguard is desirable. After all, it concerns vital parts where serious injury can occur if they are not protected.
In almost all combat sports—such as kickboxing and taekwondo—techniques targeting the groin are common. But accidents can happen easily, and you can always accidentally receive a kick or knee there during a match or training.
Therefore, in almost all combat sports and martial arts competitions, a men's cup is almost always mandatory.

The Groinguard XPRT Basic men's is available in sizes: XS, S, M, L, and XL. Note that these mainly refer to the waist size and not so much the cup size. The sizes XS and S are mainly suitable for youth.
