Care, washing & storage
- Air out well after each use.
- Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.

- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (for leather pads and cushions)

The Punching Shield Rival Fitness+ RPS7 Navy is a very versatile punching shield. As the name suggests, it can be used for all kinds of kicking and punching exercises on the shield. This large shield is truly great for boxing training, krav maga, and kickboxing exercises.
Rival punching shield: multi-functional
The round punching shield is a fantastic addition to all your training equipment. It is a medium-sized, sturdy, and nicely shaped kicking shield. You can hold it against the body with two strong handles. This makes it ideal for all kinds of kicking and punching techniques: jabs, hooks, and liver shots to the body.
Durably made
This fine round shield from top brand Rival Boxing Gear is nicely durably made yet not too expensive. It is made from the same sturdy Carbonium PU as the RPM7 punching mitts. The shield is lightweight and offers no less than 7.5 cm of multiple layers of foam padding. In total, the shield is almost 10 cm thick.
Large striking surface
