Twins boxing gloves have been the world's most popular kickboxing gloves for decades—and for good reason. Each pair is  handmade in Thailand from  100% genuine cowhide, with a thickness of more than 1 millimeter for exceptional durability and resilience.

The stitching is  double-stitched, the thumbs are always stitched to the fist, and the finishing is precise down to the smallest detail. The  antibacterial inner surface neutralizes odors and guarantees freshness—even after the toughest training sessions.

The padding consists of  polyurethane foam with a carefully selected density: soft enough for comfort during sparring, yet firm enough for maximum protection. The wide, long  hook-and-loop closure first wraps completely around the wrist for optimal wrist support.

Twins BGVL3 - the flagship of Twins. Boxing Gloves Velcro Long with perforated ventilation holes in the palm for improved airflow. Wide, long hook-and-loop closure around the wrist. More than 20 solid color options. Available in 10, 12, 14, and 16 oz. The most versatile choice for sparring, pad work, and heavy bag training.

Twins BGVL4 - identical to the BGVL3 but in duo-tone or triple-color designs. Available in 12, 14, and 16 oz.

Twins BGVL8 - modified version of the BGVL3 with a higher padding density for extra protection during heavy sparring. Available in 12, 14, and 16 oz.

Twins BGN - specially developed for the European market with extra padding in the palm for better cushioning during boxing techniques. The widest weight range: 8 oz to 20 oz. Ideal for boxing, cardio boksen, and kickboxing. The BGN is the flagship of Twins and has been by far the best-selling model at Fight2Win for years.

Twins FBGVL Fantasy - special editions based on the BGVL3 with unique designs inspired by mythological figures: Dia de Muertos, Yaksha, Barong, Comics. Limited availability in 12, 14, and 16 oz.

The weight of a boxing glove determines the amount of padding and therefore the protection—for both yourself and your training partner. As a rule of thumb: the heavier the weight, the more padding.

8 oz - exclusively for the Twins BGN. Suitable for light sparring, pad work, or if you have a very small build. Also the official competition weight for Muay Thai gloves.

10 oz - lightweight model, suitable for training on the punching bag and pads. Less suitable for sparring.

12 oz - the most popular size for women and lighter athletes. Suitable for both training and sparring.

14 oz - the standard size for most adult athletes. Ideal for sparring, pad work, and punching bag training.

16 oz - extra padding, recommended for heavy sparring and larger/heavier athletes. Required for sparring at many gyms.

18 oz and 20 oz - available exclusively in the Twins BGN. For heavier athletes or those who want maximum protection during sparring.

Rule of thumb: if you are unsure between two sizes, choose the heavier one—more padding is always safer for you and your training partner. If in doubt, we will be happy to advise you personally in our showroom.

Twins boxing gloves are designed based on the tradition of Muay Thai but are certainly also suitable for a wide range of other martial arts:

Muay Thai and thai boxing - the home of Twins. The BGVL3 and BGVL4 are the classic choice for Muay Thai training and sparring. The perforated palm provides ventilation during intense sessions.

Kickboxing - the Twins BGN is specially developed for the European kickboxing market, where more boxing techniques are combined with kicking techniques. The extra palm padding makes catching kicks more comfortable.

Boxing - the Twins BGLL with a lace-up closure is the classic choice for boxers. The BGVL3 and BGN are also excellent for classic boxing.

Heavy bag training and pad work - all Twins models are suitable for training on the punching bag and with punching mitts. For punching bag training only, the Twins bag gloves (TBM) are a better choice because of their more compact padding. Please note: we always recommend using separate gloves for the punching bag!

Cardio boksen and fitness - the BGN with extra palm padding is ideal for cardio boksen and fitness training.

Twins boxing gloves are suitable for larger children, women and men - from complete beginner to professional champion.

Twins boxing gloves are made of 100% genuine cowhide leather and will last through many intensive training sessions with proper care. The leather is more than 1 millimeter thick and retains its resilience even after intensive use—provided you care for them properly.

After every training session: Leave the gloves open and dry them in a well-ventilated place —never in a sports bag or enclosed space. Moisture is leather’s greatest enemy. Use a disinfectant spray and/or put a deodorizer inside the gloves (after training) to neutralize odors.

Regular maintenance: Treat the leather every few weeks with a good leather cream or leather grease to keep it supple and prevent it from drying out. Dry leather cracks more easily and loses its protective properties.

What to avoid: Never put them in the washing machine. Do not dry them in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Do not use harsh cleaning products on the leather.

Wearing handwraps: Always wear handwraps under your boxing gloves. This not only protects your hands and wrists, but also keeps the inside of the gloves cleaner and drier—significantly extending their lifespan.
