Each Twins kickboxing set contains the two essential components for kickboxing:

Twins boxing gloves - the Twins BGVL3 or BGN, depending on the set. Handmade in Thailand from high-quality genuine leather. Suitable for bag training, padwork, and sparring.

Twins shin guards - the Twins SGL7. Lightweight, anatomical fit with 2 Velcro closures and 2 elastics. Handmade in Thailand from high-quality synthetic leather.

With the Twins kickboxing sets, you choose the size based on two components: the Boxing gloves (by weight) and the shin guards (by shin length).

You select both separately when assembling your set.

Boxing gloves - choose by weight (oz):

8 oz - for light women and children. Only for padwork and bag training, not for sparring.

10 oz - for women and lighter athletes. Suitable for padwork, bag training, and light sparring.

12 oz - for women and lighter men. Versatile: padwork, bag training, and sparring.

14 oz - for advanced women and men.

16 oz - for heavier men and intensive sparring. The most commonly used size for sparring.

Shin guards - choose by size (XS to XL):

A Twins kickboxing set is an investment in quality. With proper care, both parts will last a long time.

Boxing gloves (genuine leather): After each training session, leave the gloves open and in a well-ventilated area to dry—never put them directly into a sports bag. Use a disinfectant spray and/or deodorizer after every training session.

Regularly treat the leather with a good leather cream to keep it supple. Never machine wash and do not dry in direct sunlight.

Shin guards (synthetic leather): Wipe the inside after each training session with a damp cloth. Let them dry open in a well-ventilated area. The best way is to use a deodorizer that you put in the boxing gloves. Use a disinfectant spray to neutralize odors. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents on the synthetic leather.
