Care, washing & storage
- Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
- Make sure the punching bag is hung in a dry environment to prevent mold.
- Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out (in the case of leather punching bags).
- Always wear (disposable) gloves and/or bandages.
- Check the chain and suspension system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you must replace them.
- Over time, a punching bag will "sag." The filling collapses under gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag from the top with a suitable filling yourself.

The Super Pro Combat 2.0 "classic" punch bag has been produced since the early 1980s. These large punch bags are sturdy, durable, affordable and suitable for everyone, both in the gym and at home.
The Super Pro Combat 2.0 punch bag is made of very durable bisonyl, which is more or less indestructible. All Super Pro punch bags are extra strongly stitched to prevent tearing.
They are filled with a canvas mix. This recycled filling provides perfect shock absorption for your punches and kicks. The punch bags come with a matching 4-point chain.
The Super Pro Combat 2.0 punch bag is available in various lengths and is often used during boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai training. You can use punch bags for almost any sport from a conditioning point of view. Training on the bag significantly improves your fitness in a fun way!

Which size punch bag?
If you, as an adult, want to use the punch bag for both kicks and punches, you need a punch bag of 150 cm or 180 cm. The large punch bag will then be at the right height for both low and high kicks. It will also be at the right height for punches. Moreover, this punch bag is nice and heavy and will not swing around in all directions during training.
If you only want to punch and box on the bag, 120 cm is also sufficient. This punch bag is still heavy enough that it won't swing around in all directions.
The Super Pro Combat 2.0 punch bags are filled and include a chain and snap hook.
