Care, washing & storage

The Rival Fitness+ RPS7 Silver Black punching shield is a very versatile punching shield. As the name suggests, it can be used for all kinds of kicking and punching exercises. This large shield is therefore simply great for boxing training, krav maga and kickboxing exercises.
Rival punching shield: multi-functional
This round punching shield is a great addition to your training equipment. It's a medium-sized, sturdy, and comfortably shaped bag. You can hold it in front of your body using two sturdy handles. This makes it ideal for all kinds of kicking and punching techniques: uppercuts, hooks, and body shots.
Made sustainably
This fine, round pad from top brand Rival Boxing Gear is made to be durable, yet it's not overly expensive. It's made from the same sturdy Carbonium PU as the RPM7 hand pads. The pad is lightweight and offers a whopping 7.5 cm of multi-layer foam padding. In total, the pad is almost 10 cm thick.
Large area of contact
This kick and punch pad is made of Carbonium PU and constructed from large, flat panels with minimal stitching. All seams are extra reinforced, guaranteeing many hours of training fun. It can take a beating.
