Care, washing & storage
- Always use clean handwraps, gelwraps, or inner gloves
- Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and better from the inside.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- Optionally, use an antibacterial spray.
- For leather boxing gloves: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.

It is recommended to always use handwraps. In addition to providing support for your hands, they also absorb a lot of sweat.
You can then wash the handwraps in the washing machine after use. That's why it's definitely a good idea to have several sets of handwraps.
A maintenance spray and a deodorizer—to help your gloves dry faster—are also highly recommended to keep your boxing gloves nice and fresh.
Do you regularly train on a punching bag or punching mitts? Then it's wise to have separate bag gloves in addition to your boxing gloves for sparring.
