Care, washing & storage
- Take out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside and inside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- Optionally use an antibacterial spray.
- For leather headgear: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
- DO NOT put in the washing machine.

The Headgear Rival RHG2 Hybrid is the thinnest and lightest headgear in our Rival Boxing Gear collection. Rival's boxing headgear is ideal for men and women who want to train with the very best!
Rival RHG: improved vision & protection
The eye openings have been improved and now provide even better visibility during sparring. Traditional large cheekbone protectors offer maximum protection for the nose and eyes.
Comfortable cheekbone protection
The hybrid concept combines the maximum field of vision and the lightweight design of headgear for amateur competitions, with the added benefit of cheekbone protectors found in traditional training headgear. The chin strap with buckle provides the easiest and smoothest fastening ever.
Adjustment with double Velcro closures
The double Velcro closures make the headgear easy to use and put on. The classic lace-up closure ensures a practical, secure, and firm fit. Comfortable suede-like feel on the inside of the headgear.
