Hakuho
Hakuho Sho (born Mungshinbaatar Davaajargal in 1985) is the greatest sumo wrestler in history. The Mongolian-born yokozuna (grand champion) holds virtually every significant record in professional sumo: 45 tournament championships (yusho), the most consecutive wins, the most wins in a calendar year, and the highest career win total. He dominated the sport for nearly two decades, redefining what excellence in sumo looks like. Hakuho retired in 2021, became a Japanese citizen, and took up coaching, continuing his contribution to the sport.
