Before Bokeme became known as a kickboxer, his future lay on the football field. He played at a high level and was part of the Swiss national team. Knee injuries brought that to an end. During his recovery, he discovered kickboxing. It was initially a way to move forward again, but the sport ultimately gave him a new direction.
At Enfusion, he was given the opportunity to develop that new direction. His early years were shaped by victories, difficult fights, and moments when he had to start over. A controversial rematch against Ibrahim El Boustati also showed how unpredictable a career can be, but Bokeme remained active and continued to develop.
The move to GLORY in 2019 marked the next step. After his debut against Yousri Belgaroui, he earned his first victory in the organization against Kevin Van Heeckeren. The road there was not straightforward. After a longer absence, he returned to the ring and began working again to establish his place among the experienced middleweights.
Today, Bokeme represents a story of adaptation and perseverance. An injury closed the door to his first sport but unexpectedly opened another. From Switzerland, he continues to build his career as a kickboxer, with his experience at Enfusion and GLORY behind him and new challenges ahead.
