WeerBaar
WeerBaar is a Krav Maga school in Zeist led by certified instructors Wout and Brigitte. Wout is a retired marine and former sports instructor with the Dutch Ministry of Defence; Brigitte has a background as a Hormone Factor trainer. The training is open to participants aged 16 and over and combines practical self-defense with fitness, strength, endurance, mental resilience, assertiveness, discipline, and decision-making under stress. Small groups are deliberately used to provide personal attention. In addition to the regular training at Het Binnenbos, WeerBaar organizes extra sessions at various outdoor locations or in a dojo. Parking at the regular location and in the nearby parking lot is free.
