It also offers MMA4Kids, heavy bag training without sparren, women-only training, low-stimulus classes, and mental resilience training. For emergency responders such as enforcement officers, firefighters, police officers, and healthcare professionals, training is available in recognizing aggression, de-escalation, mental fitness, and practical self-defense. Sparren is not mandatory. The gym works with Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur and offers free trial classes.
