Dutch Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Association

The Dutch Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Association was founded on 19 May 1979 and registered by notarial deed on 3 September 1979. Under the leadership of Grandmaster Theo Salm, 9th Dan, the association introduced Tang Soo Do to the Netherlands. Since 2000, NTMB has been led by his son and successor, Grandmaster Rob Salm, 8th Dan. The association promotes traditional Tang Soo Do and safeguards quality through certified instructors, monthly instructor training sessions, nationally established examination material, central red- and black-belt examinations, and active committees. NTMB also organizes national and international competitions, seminars, training weekends, camps, and beach training sessions. Within the European Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation, the association collaborates with European organizations and publishes recognized schools and locations throughout the Netherlands.
