Bag gloves are specifically designed for punching bag and pad training. They have less padding and often less wrist support. This provides more feedback and allows for faster combinations.

Boxing gloves, on the other hand, are used for sparring and potentially competitions, with an emphasis on protection and safety through thicker padding and greater wrist support.

Bag glove features:

Purpose: specifically designed for punching bags and pad training, to promote speed and precision.
Padding: less padding compared with Boxing gloves, providing more feedback on impact. The materials have a much higher density to withstand repeated impact.
