Aliff Sor Dechapan

Aliff was born in Malaysia and began training in Muay Thai at home at the age of seven under the guidance of his Thai father, who was a fighter himself. As a young athlete, he won international amateur tournaments before moving to Thailand.

At Sor Dechapan Gym in Bangkok, he gained experience in Thailand's stadiums. In 2023, he made his ONE Friday Fights debut. Four strong performances, including three knockouts, earned him a full-time contract with ONE Championship.

With a knockout victory over Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, Aliff won the interim strawweight world title and became the first Malaysian world champion in ONE Championship.

Aliff combines aggressive Muay Thai with dangerous knees, head kicks, and powerful combinations. He can stop opponents early, but has also shown that he can win in a controlled manner over multiple rounds.
