Sakmongkol Sithchuchok was born on 6 July 1973 in Thailand. With a record of 231 wins, 4 draws and 20 losses, he is one of the most decorated Muay Thai fighters in history.
He started training at just 6 years old and came to define the Golden Era of Muay Thai in the 1990s. His signature weapon was a devastating left kick—thrown with surgical timing and bone-crushing power. He was equally known for his ability to absorb punishment and keep pressing forward without flinching.
5x WMC World Champion and 3x Lumpinee Stadium Champion. His list of victories reads like a who's who of Muay Thai—Ramon Dekkers, Jongsanan Fairtex, John Wayne Parr and Perry Ubeda all fell to him.
Sakmongkol remains one of the benchmarks against which all Muay Thai fighters are measured.
