BOXING! Zoetermeer

BOKS! Zoetermeer is the first and original BOKS! location. The gym on Da Costastraat offers boxing and kickboxing at recreational and competition levels, fitboxing, boxing and kickboxing bag training, fitness, and personal training. There are separate classes for adults, advanced participants, women, children, and youth. The fully air-conditioned club has a boxing ring, various types of punching bags, aquabags, wall mounts, a speedball, and a fitness room with cardio equipment, cable stations, free weights, and Nautilus strength equipment. Outside of classes, members can train independently. A free trial class is available.
