Extreme Muay Thai

Extreme Muay Thai (EMT) trains at Boholtehallen at Boholtevej 89-91 in Køge. The club offers Muay Thai, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu through Team EMT BJJ, with programs for children, young people and adults. Beginners, recreational athletes and competitive athletes are part of the target audience.

Extreme Muay Thai (EMT) combines Thai boxing and kickboxing with Brazilian jiu-jitsu at Boholtehallen. The club caters to children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to athletes preparing for competitions.

Team EMT BJJ provides Brazilian jiu-jitsu within the club. Membership and registration are handled through Holdsport; more information about EMT can be found on the club’s social media pages.

Atmosphere and culture

Technique and physical preparation come together in drills with punches, kicks and clinch work, pad work and sparring. Strength and conditioning training complement the martial arts program.

Different training goals have a place within the club: discovering a martial art, training recreationally and working toward competitions. The program includes both stand-up martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
