Fierce Self Defence

Fierce Self Defence is a KMG Krav Maga school founded by Peter Kettenis and Monique Hooft. The school provides practical self-defence training for adults, teenagers, and children from the age of 6, focusing on resilience, self-confidence, discipline, and acting safely. Fierce also offers Krav Maga training specifically for women, as well as an intensive course.
